Shipping policy

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 2-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.

2-3 business day shipping is not available for international orders. Please do not select this option at check out as it cannot be guaranteed. Just because you aren't in the US doesn't mean you should have to wait weeks to receive your merchandise. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. We offer worldwide shipping to more than 220 countries and territories.

International Delivery Transit Time: 2-6 Business Days



Cost: International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.



All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping

 

 

CUSTOM CHARGES

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. ROYAL BEAUTE COLLECTIONS has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.

Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes, shipping fees are paid to the shipping company and duties and taxes are paid to your government. 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. does not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or ROYAL BEAUTE COLLECTIONS  returned due to an "un-deliverable" or incomplete address. 

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items have their shipping date in the description.

If your order has a pre-order item in it, the whole order will start processing to ship on the pre-order date provided on the website.

If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost
